Author Digital Twin & Content Engine

AI & AutomationContent Operations

Award-winning author and leadership consultant Colleen McFarland needed to be in more places than one person can be. We built her digital twin, an AI assistant trained on her books, frameworks, and voice, plus the tooling and operations around it.

Author Digital Twin & Content Engine

The objective

Her expertise lived in books, workshops, and twenty years of consulting, but it could only be in one place at a time. She wanted her marketing to work more efficiently, her workshops to carry momentum between sessions, and a strategy that connected it all. The question was how to scale her presence while keeping it unmistakably hers.

The strategy

We translated her knowledge into an AI she owns. Every framework, worksheet, book chapter, and blog post became part of a retrieval system her assistant draws on to answer in her voice: first person on her website for visitors, third person in workshop mode for facilitators. A Discord companion keeps workshop cohorts engaged with scheduled prompts between sessions. A weekly pipeline ingests her new writing automatically, so the twin keeps learning as she publishes. Around the AI, we handle the operational side: her workbook series taken through production, workshop communications automated, and hands-on enablement so she works with Claude directly in her own practice. The goal is a system she owns and runs herself, not a vendor dependency.
