AI Methodology Portal
A change-management consultancy with 30 years of methodology needed to deliver it faster without diluting it. We built a portal where an AI agent steeped in the firm's doctrine drafts client-ready deliverables in minutes, with consultants making the calls.

The objective
Change management is methodical work: a serious engagement produces twenty-plus structured deliverables, each built on the ones before it. Producing them was labor-intensive, and as the team grew, keeping every artifact faithful to the methodology got harder. The firm needed leverage without dilution.
The strategy
We treated the methodology itself as the product. The firm's principles, frameworks, language standards, and diagnostic criteria became the operating instructions for an AI agent that consultants and clients converse with. Ask for a stakeholder map and it produces a styled, brand-correct document ready for the client meeting; ask for the workplan next and it builds on what the stakeholder map established. The agent is honest by design: every artifact names what it can confirm and what still requires a human decision. Consultants stay in command. The AI accelerates the structured thinking, and people make the judgment calls. Secure sign-on for the team, managed accounts for clients, and a pilot running on live engagements.
