Investment Management
A real estate investment business tracking bookings, revenue, and taxes across multiple rental properties, all in spreadsheets. We built a system that automated the booking process and turned scattered financial data into a single source of truth.

The objective
Every booking meant manual work. Confirmation emails had to be copied into spreadsheets. Property managers needed separate notifications. And when tax season came around, someone had to piece together revenue, fees, and remittances from months of fragmented records. For a portfolio processing hundreds of bookings a year, the cracks were starting to show.
The strategy
We built an automated pipeline that starts the moment a booking confirmation hits the inbox. The system parses guest details, pushes them into a central platform, and triggers notifications to property management, with no manual entry required. But the real value is what happens after: every booking flows into a financial tracking system that calculates revenue, host fees, taxes owed, and deposits received. When it's time to reconcile payouts or prep for taxes, the numbers are already there, organized by property, by quarter, by whatever view makes sense.
