Objective
HR operations were fragmented across multiple enterprise systems. Employees struggled to find answers to basic HR questions, and the team was drowning in manual processes — from hiring approvals to restructuring tracking to initiative management. The organization needed a unified, intelligent system that could serve tens of thousands of employees across global operations.
Strategy
We led the end-to-end implementation of an AI-powered HR assistant, integrating it with ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft Teams to create a single point of access for HR resources. Beyond the technology, we designed automated workflows for management-level hiring requests, built tracking systems for a $500M global restructuring program, and created governance processes that enabled HR leadership to prioritize and allocate resources effectively. Every enhancement went through rigorous testing to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience at scale.
